India or the Republic of India is known as a multinational state in South Asia. It is famous for agricultural and industrial achievements in the world. The main business partners are the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Russia and Japan. The capital of India is Delhi or New Delhi. Why do we take yoga from this country? New technologies bring us not only new foods, but it gives us more information about food, nutrition, health, and diet. Newspapers, radio, and television spread information very fast. And in addition, Internet has become available for everyone though not all of information is correct, however. Many people want to reach contemplation and comfort and try to find the affordable means to approach this state. That is why majority address to yoga – the system of physical exercises which help to discover serenity and harmony with nature. It is hard to say exactly when people start practicing yoga but some of them realize the yoga philosophy with a high level of commitment. Those who can do asanas – physical exercises – are called yogis. My daughter loves eating very much – she can put into mouth everything what I offer to her – apples, a sandwich, a cake – everything. It is no use to explain that it is not good for her health. I chose a different way to avoid her becoming obese. She may eat a lot of tasty things she wants but she should burn extra kilocalories. People use different methods in order not to be overweight. Yoga is the only way of keeping fit, to my mind. Asanas help control one’s behavior and achieve the state of contemplation. As for me, I forget all my every days’ troubles and hardships when doing physical exercises. |
